We’re pleased to share that Andy Wende of Xpedite Diagnostics recently conducted a hands-on training session at Cumhuriyet University in Sivas, Turkey, focused on the newly redesigned SwiftX™ Virus kit.
Organized in collaboration with our PrepareTID consortium partners, the session brought together expert teams led by Prof. Nazif Elaldi from Cumhuriyet University and Prof. Zati Vatansever from Kafkas Veterinary University in Kars. Their research spans critical areas such as Crimean–Congo hemorrhagic fever (CCHF) diagnostics, molecular detection of viral hemorrhagic fevers, surveillance of tick-borne zoonotic diseases, and ecological modeling of Hyalomma tick populations in endemic regions.
Under Andy’s guidance, the training emphasized practical use of the SwiftX™ Virus kit for rapid and reliable field diagnostics. The collaborative spirit and scientific exchange during the session highlighted the shared commitment to advancing early detection strategies for priority viral threats.
We thank Prof. Elaldi and Prof. Vatansever for their generous support and dedication. This training marks another step forward in strengthening diagnostic readiness across both human and veterinary health sectors.
