On 24 September, Xpedite Diagnostics held the launch webinar for ClassiX™ DNA/RNA, a universal nucleic acid extraction kit built on a single silica-bead chemistry validated across 14 sample types.
Vera Manelli, International Technical Sales Manager, presented validation data across the full sample panel, with particular attention to whole blood and stool, the matrices where inhibitor carryover makes recovery hardest, including comparisons against commercial reference kits. The session also covered the manual and automated workflows end to end, and closed with a live question-and-answer exchange with participants.
ClassiX™ DNA/RNA co-extracts DNA and RNA from a 200 µL input in approximately 30 minutes, applying one protocol regardless of matrix, across Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, RNA and DNA viruses, fungi, and blood-borne parasites.
